We offer 1 hour of extra time after the designated return time. If you return the vehicle after that point, you will be charged for an extra day of rental.

Yes, but there will be an extra cost of 20.00 €.
No money is returned once the rental period has started.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed vehicle pick up time. If you cancel your reservation in less than 48 hours, Ryde rental follows the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation in less than 48 hours, is free of charge.
- If you cancel your reservation in less than 24 hours, the charge is 50.00 €
- If the prepayment amount is less than 50.00 €, there will be no additional charges or refunds.
You are not entitled to any refund in the case of no-show.
No-show means:
- You want to cancel but inform us when your rental is almost ready to start.
- You do not turn up at the agreed place and time to start the rental.
- You do not present the necessary supporting documents – paperwork at the start of rental.
You need to contact our roadside assistance provider by calling the number given to you when the rental period started. If your vehicle needs to be replaced you will have to contact head offices or the emergency number given to you when the rental started.
The pickup of the car can be made at picking points of Ryde rental
Please contact Ryde rental head offices as soon as possible for instructions about the procedure to be followed. Our head offices will let you know about the cost. You should also know that no insurance offered by Ryde rental covers loss of keys.
You can cancel your booking directly via our website. Simply enter your firstname, lastname, reservation number and email address used to make the reservation on the contact form.
All reservations are made for a specific category of vehicle, not a specific model. If the category your confirmed reservation is for is not available, Ryde rentals is entitled to provide the customer with a higher category of vehicle at no cost to the driver.
Every driver needs to present a valid, original driving license at the start of the rental period. Applications to renew a driving license which have been given a Ministry of Transport reference number are acceptable but not lost driving license reports, even if the report has been made to the police.
The minimum age limit is 21.
The driving license must have been issued at least 12 months before the start of the rental period. Non-EU citizens must submit an international driving license along with a valid national driving license.
The driver must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel when the vehicle was handed over to him. That amount is indicated in the rental agreement.
If you are planning to travel to a different country, you need to inform Ryde rental in time so we can add on special cross-border insurance. You can contact our head offices to learn more about the cost.
You will always receive an email at the address you provided when making the reservation about any charges applied after the vehicle is returned. E.g. (Fines imposed by the road traffic police or local authorities)
We accept cash up to a certain limit as payment for car rentals. Contact our head offices to learn more about the limit.
The driver must present a valid credit card in his name at the start of the rental period.
We recommend that you book online for speed and lower costs. You can also make a phone reservation but note that bookings via the site enjoy a 10% discount.
You can upgrade provided you inform our head offices in time, and depending -of course- on the availability of our fleet. Additional charges may apply
You can view your reservation on our site and add additional benefits or make changes (if you created an account on checkout). If you need to add other details, you will have to contact the reservations department by email (info@ryderentals.gr) indicating your reservation number and the details of the changes you require.
If you need us to drop off the rental car outside of office working hours there is an extra cost of 15.00 €.
Yes it is possible but the pick up time must be 5 hours after the time you made the booking. Otherwise you can call us directly.
